Return and Exchange Policy

Before paying, customers are responsible for carefully checking all product information. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing an order.

If the customer still wants to exchange or refund, the company's relevant arrangements and terms are as follows:

Exchange

If all products need to be exchanged after receiving, the following conditions must be met:

1.) Apply within 7 days (including 6 days) of the day of receipt

2.) The product received is not the product on the order or the product received is severely damaged or inoperable.

If the above conditions are met, the exchange procedure is as follows:

1.) Provide the customer service with the relevant product problem together with photos or videos

2.) Wait patiently for the customer service to reply, and wait for the customer service to arrange the procedures once the product needs to be exchanged

Note: The replacement product may be shipped only after the original product is actually collected. The customer service department will notify the customer of the details.

Gifts are not included in the exchange range

Refund

If the buyer suddenly requests to cancel the order and refund after successful payment, please forgive us for making the following arrangements:

1.) If the item has not been shipped, 20% of the total order fee (not less than HK$150) must be paid for platform charges and the company's handling fee. (This amount will be deducted from the refund)

2.) If the item is in transit or has been delivered to the destination, 30% of the total order fee (not less than HK$250) must be paid for platform charges, round-trip transportation costs and the company's handling fee. (This amount will be deducted from the refund)

Note: If the total order amount is not enough for the above mentioned fees, it will not be accepted

If the item has been delivered, the packaging must be intact. All refunds will be arranged after the item is collected

If there are other conditions not included in the above, please contact customer service to communicate. The company reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions without further notice.

In case of any dispute, the company will reserve the right to make the final decision.
